Job Description

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified and proficient FINANCE MANAGER reporting to the Managing Director and based in Durban.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and operations of the organization through managing financial operations, reporting, analysis, and planning. In addition, the suitable candidate will be required to develop and oversee financial policies, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide detailed financial insights that support strategic decision-making.

Essential Requirements
Educational, Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
  • Registered CA
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing financial teams and delivering results.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Understanding tax regulations, financial compliance, and auditing practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
