A leading Print & Packaging Company is expanding its dynamic sales team! We are seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join us in various regions across South Africa.

As a Sales Executive (Print and Packaging), you will play a key role in driving new business growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture new business relationships with prospective clients to increase market share.
• Propose and deliver profitable solutions using strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through cold calling, lead generation, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Confidently present the company’s products and services, highlighting quality, integrity, and customer value.
• Identify client challenges and present innovative solutions that address both print and marketing needs.
• Accurately follow and implement internal sales systems and reporting processes.
• Provide clients with regular updates and tracking reports throughout the production cycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Minimum Requirements (Essential):

• Matric Certificate.
• 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the printing and packaging industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM database systems.
• Own vehicle/reliable transport required for daily work-related travel.
