We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth within our Human Resources and Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets.

Experience within a Human Resources, Recruitment, Placement, or Training environment will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
• Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and HR teams to deliver tailored solutions

Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior business development or sales role
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Experience within a Human Resources, recruitment, placement, or training environment (advantageous)
• Solid understanding of HR and recruitment services (advantageous)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and reporting skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
