Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a TRAINING CO-ORDINATOR based in Mpumalanga reporting to the Project Manager. The Training Coordinator will be responsible but not limited to the following key responsibilities
As the Training Co-Ordinator you will ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of the project, risk mitigation and stakeholder management
Summary outline
- Familiarising with the project deliverables and overseeing the training implementation in the assigned region
- Tracking the performance of the project in each phase, mainly implementation (theory and practical) and implementation of the exit strategies
- In liaison with the Project Liaison Officers, implementation of effective learner engagement and learner support
- In liaison with the Project Manager, managing stakeholder relations and implementing effective risk management
- Implementing project monitoring and evaluation
- Submitting the weekly project reports and providing representation in the weekly project meetings
Essential Requirements
- National Diploma in Project Management or related field
- Min of 3 years relevant experience in Project Coordination or in a training project support role
- Experience in Agri Training Project Management is an added advantage
- Advanced excel and/or project management systems required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
