Job Description

 Generate revenue for the organisation through the following:

  1. Comprehensive and effective sales strategies
  2. Professional and sustainable approach to client engagement and retention
  3. Identify your target market
  4. Promote the company's expertise

Daily Operations:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organisation
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling

 Sales and Marketing Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
  • Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions.
  • Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, services and pricing.
  • Expedite the resolution of client queries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Draft and report to management reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Maintain good communication with clients and potential clients through knowledge and understanding of the company’s value proposition or products and services.
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image
  • Attend workshops, exhibitions to promote the organisations services
  • Assist at any special ad-hoc functions
  • Collaborate with the team in planning and implementing campaigns to drive business growth and client retention.
