Generate revenue for the organisation through the following:
- Comprehensive and effective sales strategies
- Professional and sustainable approach to client engagement and retention
- Identify your target market
- Promote the company's expertise
Daily Operations:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the organisation
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling
Sales and Marketing Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies
- Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions.
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, services and pricing.
- Expedite the resolution of client queries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Draft and report to management reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Maintain good communication with clients and potential clients through knowledge and understanding of the company’s value proposition or products and services.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image
- Attend workshops, exhibitions to promote the organisations services
- Assist at any special ad-hoc functions
- Collaborate with the team in planning and implementing campaigns to drive business growth and client retention.
